usually like to eat acid foods. You are allowed to eat those acidic meals, but
you need to know some of the proper guidelines to consume the foods.

Do not eat acidic foods while on
an empty stomach, because the food is irritating acid so the risk of injuring
the stomach if you eat the meals when the stomach is empty. Therefore, force
yourself to eat something before, though a bit: rice, bread, noodles or cakes.

Choose the fresh or natural acid
rather than the processed, so instead of eating sour candies that contain lots
of calories and a sour taste resulting from chemical substances, it is better

acid, lime juice or lemon to strengthen the sense of instead of using vinegar
acid or other artificial flavorings that are more irritating than natural.
Limit the Portion
Limit portions; ensure that sour
snack not to fill you up so you forget the main meals. Do not forget, when
pregnant, you need an additional 300 calories or approximately one serving of
rice with side dishes, rather than before pregnancy.

acid foods, for example by drinking hot ginger water, coconut milk and avoid
fried foods, eat in small portions but more often, or perhaps by utilizing
aromatherapy and hypnotherapy techniques.
