Tips to Eat Acidic Foods during Pregnancy



When nausea comes, pregnant women usually like to eat acid foods. You are allowed to eat those acidic meals, but you need to know some of the proper guidelines to consume the foods.

Empty Stomach
Do not eat acidic foods while on an empty stomach, because the food is irritating acid so the risk of injuring the stomach if you eat the meals when the stomach is empty. Therefore, force yourself to eat something before, though a bit: rice, bread, noodles or cakes. This is important, especially if you have a history of stomach ulcers.


Natural Acid Ingredients
Choose the fresh or natural acid rather than the processed, so instead of eating sour candies that contain lots of calories and a sour taste resulting from chemical substances, it is better to eat fresh fruit salad.
