your keyboard. Here are some hotkey:

- Windows Key + C - to open a Bar Charms.
- Windows Key + I - to open the Settings Menu.
- Windows Key + E - to return to Desktop Mode and reopen the taskbar menu.
- Windows Key + Shift +. - To bring the application on the left, center or right side of the screen.
- Windows Key + M - to the desktop and minimize all applications.
- Windows Key + Q - to open a Windows 8 global search through Metro.
Hot Corner is your
friend
Microsoft left some of the invisible navigation on the four
corners of your screen, and if you put the mouse then you will see the menu. Menu
at the top corners and bottom to access the Charm Bar: Search and Sharing
capabilities. In a corner of the upper and lower left to access the
"Switch List" as you presses alt and tab key combination on the
keyboard.
